If you can code, check this out. No need for server restarts/reloads, you can easily code 80% of all existing plugins with this. I made a flying /shooting game, plot management, jobs plugin, all by myself within few hours. +++++++++++

This is a very cool, extensive plugin with all the features we need. The trouble is, it seems to never properly "stop" when stop command is run in the server and has caused some major issues. Hopefully fixed soon (1.14).
