If you wonder why so many Features were removed, its basically because the plugin began on MC Version 1.7 and many Features were possible there. As newer Versions came towards many Features became old and no longer leightweight enough so its no longer possible to keep them up.
If you want old Features, feel free to use old Versions, as they won't be removed from here. Thanks for your patience.
