General Changes:
● Removed 1.7 support to prevent issues that were being caused for checking for players inside of a mine.

Fixed:
● Fixed an issue where the plugin would show message not found on a newer version startup (only shown to developers)
● Fixed some issues to hopefully decrease the task problems that create lag for the plugin.
● Fixed an issue where the child manager would break, and cause problems in 1.13.
● Fixed many performance issues that were being caused for mines, which was making the plugin heavy.
