General Changes:
- Reduced Task Code
- Reduced code for mine block resetting.
- Recreated File Creation Management.
- Reduced file saving calls.
- Reduced code, to increase better performance for tasks.
- Made Mine Fly disabled on default on mine creation.
- Recoded Sign Manager (will require you to redo your signs, and delete your config.yml)
- Fixed Block Placing Event, firing on the border of mine.
- Fixed Mine Teleporting when an mine was resetting if there was a mine teleport spot for that mine.
- Fixed Message not being grabbed when executing the command.
- Fixed Spelling Mistakes in messages.
- Fixed Mine Fly spamming a player in a mine
- Fixed Mine Resetting running if there wasn't a mine region defined.
- Fixed Mine Delay Messages being sent if there wasn't a mine region defined.
- Fixed if and else statements in GUIs.
- Removed random Chat Color checks
- Removed extra ints that were in testing if a player or block was inside a mine.
- Removed static methods that shouldn't be there.
- Removed extra save calls in GUIs.
