Since a lot of stuff changed in landlord, the API improved a lot, here's an update for ll-dynmap.
Only use this version if you are using the latest (4.200+) version of landlord. Versions prior to that are supposed to stay on version 1.2.

This build also should just work when dynmap updates to 1.14.x.
