excellent plugin, works as intended but you must try every config and be very careful with the permissions because, with op you can't test it right still the great work

Great plugin. works as needed except for 1 tiny issue I found using it on 1.20.4
The config section at the top with "Safe Enchants" is described in the opposite way.

# If safe enchants is true, you will only be able to enchant books with the max level of said enchant
# If it is false, you can enchant to your hearts desire, and also enchant tools/weapons/armor in the anvil with them
# Leaving this true essentially means the anvil will work in a vanilla fashion
# This can be bypassed with the permission 'enchbook.bypass.safe'
Safe Enchants: false

Having it set to true means that people can "enchant to their heats desire". Setting it to false made it so players weren't able to go past vanilla enchant levels unless having the book already.

amazing plugin indeed! I thought it would not work in paper 1.16 but at least in 1.16.1 if it works perfect! It's just what I was looking for .. I hope you don't abandon this add-on! regards

This still works for 1.16.1 I wish there was a way to completely remove the brackets in the prefix and there were a few more perms but it does function as intended
