POTION:[POTION]:[LEVEL]:[TYPE;ATTACK/DEFENSE/APPLY]: (DURATION) : (CHANCE) - Added /ea admin to /ea list since the old command was /ea admin and everyone is used to that compared to /ea list (both /ea list and /ea admin do the same thing)
