- When a player gets added/removed via command the tablist will now get refreshed for all online players
- This also fixes variables for the online player count
- Updated the wiki with pages for Commands and Permissions

Skins:
- Added option to display the skins of the faked players in the tablist
- This feature can be enabled/disabled in the config (enabled by default)
- This feature currently only works for MC 1.13 and above
PlayerBalancing:
- Added option to balance the player count consisting of real and fake players
- e.g. if the fakePlayerCount is 10 => +2 real players => -2 fake players = 8 fake players & 2 real players
- This feature can be enabled/disabled in the config (disabled by default)
UUIDRecycling:
- Added option to re-use the uuids initially randomly generated for a fake player
- This feature can help if a plugin creates files based on player UUIDs
- This feature can be enabled/disabled in the config (disabled by default)
