Author went out of his way to have both of my previous reviews redacted despite other valid components of my review persisting and valid components addressing his activity also being presented. As the other user below me was insighted, I waited over a month for a response, only to receive a lazy response and was unwilling to adhere to my willingness to assist.

Best Plugin! Makes my players vote more and has very cool effects! i would buy again!

Despite my various inquries and responses to other customers, I still have not received a response despite my fair (previous) review. I've mentioned numerous times in direct messages that we would be happy to assist in transitioning both plugins to support Folia. At this point, it seems more like an "ego" concern rather than me being a client in need, which is not my issue or problem. We have various sad and disappointed players related to our most popular event (the Pinata) being stripped away from them in conjunction with our **successful** release of Folia that has transformed how our players play Survival and soon Lifesteal. If you have issues or concerns with me, address them privately, and I'd be happy to improve upon myself, as should you in correlation with an issue or problem that we are more than glad to resolve and commit to, rather than entirely relying on you to solve said issue.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLUGIN!

As of 2/22/2025 this plugin DOES NOT work on 1.21.4 despite being in the TITLE OF THE PLUGIN!

Customization features are very limited on the latest Minecraft version, Carpet, Glowing, Boss Bar, Particles, Hit Bar all DO NOT work.

This plugin was also tested in a private environment on a test server on 4 different versions of the plugin and it still does not work!

We reached out to the developer and all we received in return was a message stating that he "does not know the problem, it's works for some people and others it does not". Which is a utter and complete BS response from the developer of a PAID plugin, if it doesn't work for some people then stop making people pay for the plugin.

It's really a bummer that this plugin does not work and the developer has no motive to make it work 100% for all 1.21.4 servers because it's a very unique idea that players on our type of server would really enjoy. Unfortunately however that is not the case.

I'm here to warn all server owners that currently own or are looking to own a 1.21.4 server, if you're thinking about getting this plugin, DO NOT. It will not work for your server and you will be very underwhelmed with the results after you spend your money.

Hopefully in the near future this plugin will get an update to work with the current up to date Minecraft version. Until then, 1 star, waste of money and time.

PinataParty is an invaluable resource on our network. Our players love it, and unfortunately (as of when this review is being written), we have to see it go. Since seeing its initialization and its unique and relatively performant implementation (with some tweaking, might I mention), I chose to install it onto my network. Even when bogging down the Pinata's rewards, over 250 players teleported to spawn to smack the Pinata.

I do value and understand one's inability to maintain a project on a week-to-week basis continually, and I completely respect that; however, I do have some hope in correspondence with receiving a response from an author that semi-actively maintains a resource and maintains that resource in knowing that outside contributors cannot push immediate fixes to resolve said issues. As mentioned at the start of this review, I have to move off PinataParty due to my network's migration to Folia. To some extent, I assume a decent portion of PinataParty's migration requires some scheduler changes and adjustments to the Pinata's teleportation events, which leads me to believe that this is entirely possible.

Although NuVotifier (and others) are not explicitly compatible with Folia, much of their internal changes do not insight specifically tailored changes that permit functionality under that fork. That said, giving the customer the option to use PinataParty under Folia is the best possible option due to the customer's inaccessibility to the plugin's source code.

I hope to see a response in the near future that at the very least denounces this potentiality (I of course hope not) or your call to action relative to its implementation.

This plugin is absolutely awesome, really recommend it! Its fun to see other players hunting the Llama.

Also its fully customizable and support is good too.

One of the most fun games we have. The players are very happy. It brightens the mood for everyone.

Server tps drops dramatically after the required votes for a pinata is completed. I think the plugin is also causing a massive memory leak because server tps has consistent spikes on a timer after the pinata has spawned.

Such an amazing plugin! Very fun to use! I saw this plugin on a server that I used to play on and decided to buy it when I decided to make my own server. Wonderful.

I really like pinata and it is very fun and attractive, but unfortunately it does not have support for server synchronization as it says in its description, that it has support for huskSync and also when you have a total of 80 - 100 players, and pinata happens, the TPs of the Server drop a lot, I have already reported this but I always get the message that the culprit is my server, the tps is at 20. 20.20, and it happens that the pinata goes to 6-12, when the pinata ends it goes back to 20 after about 5 minutes, when I have the support adapted to synchronize the servers and this drop in TPs I increase it to 5 stars.

if you see below there are people with the same problem about synchronizing servers but there is no support, and also no mysql, all this could be solved by adding support for mysql, for when the pinata seems to be shown on 1 of the servers, and there is no support for huskSync, if you have please create 1 tutorial on how to synchronize the pinata.
i'm not one to give low marks, but unfortunately pinata has disappointed me a lot.

Really good plugin although there is a bug with how many pinatas it spawns when the vote party is set to kick in.
I checked the config over and over again with no success to find whatsup with it.

I don't understand the need to make this plugin run with HuskSync, there is no reason for the servers to have information shared with others because the servers are different and have different modalities, I have 2 survival servers that are opposite and I will have to use this one better because of a piñata

The plugin is very good in my opinion is missing something more customs at the time of the entity choose entity or what type of entity will be the piñata is important this will give more customization to the plugin.

The errors that people are present I do not understand why these errors happen to them when I following the config I have not had problems also it is true that missing 1 discord or a way to contact the creator easier than spigot.

The plugin does not work on all of the listed versions and the author does not respond to bug reports

Excellent plugin and support. Tons of customization for the pinata party - a great addition to any server. Support has been super quick and helpful, Hexed responds promptly through DM's or on the discussion threads here on spigot.

I guess there is no worldguard support. Wg is not born in a field, but wg is born in a field without.

Maybe a low review can help get this situated as its been almost a week since I last sent a message….

It keeps the holograms with the hits left, and after X amount of minutes without getting any hit, they just convert themself into regular llamas.

There are only quite of few plugins which deserve the tag of Must have a plugin and this is one of them. This is a must-have plugin for any type of game mode to have more interaction between players and give them rewards.

My players love this plugin! everybody loves getting rewards, great incentive for voting. High quality as always from Hex, and never has any issues, and he is super great with answering any questions you have!

Thx for last update, but now it doesn't work the plugin and it says 40 hits instead of the 50-60 before.

IDK where to report an issue, but users can use a boat to make the piñatas not move, everything else it's just fine.

Placeholders aren't working and there's no top monthly voter placeholder. Was looking for a discord, but there is not one for support. Just switched over from VotingPlugin and was satisfied until all of my leaderboards regarding voting no longer worked. Would be really helpful if there was a support discord, or if the link to message the creator for help actually worked.

We are in 2022, I think it can't be too difficult to open a discord server and support from there.
I will be glad if you consider this.

The plugin works but the support is pretty much 0 stars. If possible, I would give -1 stars lol. I have sent a message to the dev on September 4th, and a follow up on September 6th. It is the 28th of September today and still nudda. Don't buy this plugin if you're new to server management as the developer wouldn't be able to help you.

It's a good plugin, does what it says, works really well. Support from the dev however is non-existent. Says right here on the plugin page to either send them a message or post on the Discussion tab for support, but I've been posting on there for almost a month now and no support has been given to me or other people who have purchased the plugin, so don't expect much in regards to support.

Very fast response from author, wanted to spawn pinatas on player locations when voteparty happens and the author implemented it within an hour.

A fantastic feature for any server looking for a unique way to encourage voting. Having PinataParty really pushes the "wow" factor for those new players while combatting issues such as alt accounts abusing voteparties.
Definitely worth the money.

Excellent. The event on uses basically nothing, on resource consumption. Immediately, I noticed that the resource was small, compact, & optimized. Once my players tried it, they immediately fell in love. Thank you for generating a unique way to initialize a vote party!

The plugin introduces llama drops to the game, which is the best event. Lame can respawn wherever you want, which is a plus. Great :)

Very good plugin works very smoothly without any lag or issues. No bugs or anything. Dev seems active with updates.
I have 2 suggestions if those can be added:-
1. Discord server maybe
2. Adding a warmup for pinatapool pinata spawn, because if the amount for pinata pool is hit and it spawns pinata instant which means few players goes to hit pinta will get most rewards.. So adding a warmup after announcement like 60 seconds for everyone to come to pinataparty location. That will be great.

Yeah alright, I was definitely skeptical at first since it required so many dependencies, but, it definitely does work really well, especially considering you can execute any command with whichever event (hit or kill). It even safely despawns if a server crashes or restarts, which is a huge plus. The last thing we need is an entity that's invulnerable with a glow changing every 0.25 seconds.
