+ "/friend reload" コマンドが追加されました。
　・ config.yml、prefix.yml、が再読み込みされ、エイリアスコマンドも再起動不要で再設定されます。
* "/friend" コマンドがコンソールから実行可能になりました。
* BungeeParties を有効にする設定オプションが以下のキーに移動されました。
* config.yml ファイルにて管理されていたプレイヤーデータが data.yml に移行されました。
* config.yml ファイルにて管理されていたUUID、プレイヤー名情報が player.yml に移行されました。
