This is just what we needed, we have had the accursed phantoms troubling us, but now, they shall no longer!

The plugin would work great, and i'm assuming it does, which is why i'm rating well. however, it would appear that i, unlike everyone else who rated well, do not know what i'm doing. for some reason, i cannot disable spawns or set hp to 0 on my 1.14 server, editing the config file does nothing. but, it seems to work well. so please get this, but only if you know what you're doing.
