Users Report GUI - update!
Whats new in this update:
- Now player no need to execute long command, player will execute /report <player>
- Has a GUI implemented
- Reason and Servers list has been removed form config.yml, now is on inventory.yml file
- A console command has been added
- Spawn a firework when player is kicked
- Cooldown has been added before kick player [Similar to an Anti-cheat]
- Bypass-reportlist has been added, now there may be more than one player who can not be reported
- Update checker
- added permission: ur.all
- added, command to set time (from player and console)
