Works for 1.21, but the in-game command creator is a bit faulty (still works perfectly using your server files) 100/5 stars. If I didn't have a family to support in this horrible economy, you'd get a fantastic donation from me. If you need custom commands for existing commands, GET THIS! (and leave a good review, it's obvious they need more as it's too good of a plugin for just 3 reviews).
