ClicksPerSecond 1.3 - Leaderboard, new commands, bypass, worlds, config update.
- Leaderboard: This new update comes with leaderboard, which can be displayed using new command.

- New commands: Added new (sub)commands such as /cps topR or topL for R/L leaderboard and /cps hack for list of detected players.

- Bypass: Bypass for cheat detection and world.

- Worlds: List of worlds where /cps command can be used.

- Config update: Config.yml updated, so please delete file and let the plugin to create new one.
