Removed Dependency
I have removed the PlaceHolderAPI dependency as i didn't think it was very useful.
Added a plugin prefix that you can customize within the config.yml file.
Thinking about making this plugin command based instead of permission based.
Let me know if you would rather that or i can make it both if you like.
