MC Ban Appeal -----
A very simple unban appeal website that gives your players a place to appeal a ban.Core Rework, Additional E-Mail Features & Version Check
Version 1.1 contains the following changes:

- Moved all core backend code to a new file (submit.php), meaning that to update the website in the future you only have to replace this file
- Added a version checker (alerts you if there is a new version)
- Added dynamic logo link & page name (enter the link and page name only once in the config)
- Changed actions on submitting form (new page & responses)
- Reformatted E-Mails (head image, line separators) & added new info (IP, location, time & date - ALL configurable) to appeals:
