Armor stands and colored player names
- add armor stand disguise
- improve wolf disguise subtype logic
- add option to automatically download updates (disabled by default)
- player disguises support formatting codes (colors/etc.) - only works in 1.7 and later
- add block data subtype to falling block disguise
- fix a few problems with object disguises
