This update of TrollingFreedom (v2.1.3) adds 2 new trolls which are random chat troll and starve troll. Random chat troll replaces every message the victim puts in chat with a random message that is put in the config.yml (some already premade ) and starve troll starves the victim until they die

This version also includes many new bug fixes
* Victims in cage troll can now move around the cage instead of just being frozen
* Trolls such as world loading, demo, credits now show that they don't currently work on 1.16
* Many more code fixes
