This update is for Spigot/Minecraft 1.21.3 - 1.21.4 and has been compiled with Spigot API 1.21.4.

Updates:
1. Bug fix - fix some sounds not working since 9.30 update.

2. Update to Spigot API 1.21.4.

3. Check 'tntrun.setup' permission when running /tr cmds.

4. Added some new Czech translations provided by Dortik98FX (fytage) on Crowdin.

5. Add server software custom chart to metrics - following hard-fork of Paper, at some point it may be necessary to drop support for Spigot servers if user base is low.

6. Remove square brackets around author in plugin.yml as not required or correct for single entry.
