Hi there users!
Finally! After three long years... I've finally recoded StaffChatReloaded! (One of my most downloaded plugins, +16000 downloads! Thank you!)

⚠️ IMPORTANT
This has been a full recode update, and by so, the old config.yml file you had, will need to be removed from the StaffChatReloaded plugin folder. So, MAKE A BACKUP!

So here you have the full changelog:
- ✔ Full plugin recode.
- ✔ Now you can send messages with Placeholders from PlaceholderAPI with a simple permission, as well as modify the channels format in the config to add placeholders, which you can find more info in the plugin description page!
- ✔ Now you can use in the config and send messages to the chat channels using RGB/HTML (+1.16) colors!
- ✔ Rework of the permissions, removing the ".toggle" permissions which were not that useful.
- ✔ Added a new main plugin command (/scr) with the config reload function and the plugin help.
- ✔ Added new checks when the config file lacks some values internally replacing them by the default ones, so the plugin can work perfectly fine without crashing.
- ✔ Now, you must have Java 11 or higher to use this plugin.
- ✔ Compatible from Minecraft 1.12 to 1.20.2!
- ✔ Removed the /scversion command.
