1.6.6: Update for Towny 0.96.7.0+
- New Command /tfly {name} (now usable from in game.)
- New Permission Node: townyflight.command.tfly.other
- Defaults to OPs.
- Fix Teleport listener being able to trigger some anticheat plugin when
flight is removed. - Fix for players not losing their flight when a plot is unclaimed.
