Add fully custom food into the game.

[1.17.1.a.2] Fixed Server Crashing Bug + Debug

- Fixed a bug where a WIP feature led to servers crashing if you didn't include a "forcestack" tag in your items' configs. Now forcestack is again optional, but note that if you don't specify a forcestack size, you may run into issues naturally occurring from having no max stack size. Shoutout to @stephen92 for bringing this to my attention.
- If you downloaded the version posted literally like 20 seconds ago, it had debug in it. Use this one sorry.
