Important update that fixes some issues
Added FastMath library (Library is shaded so it should not cause problems if custom spigot has this library)

Changed PlayerVelocityEvent's priority from monitor to lowest. Plugins with PlayerVelocityEvent that have higher priority can be now more compatible.

Added an if statement in PlayerVelocityEvent that checks if the attacking player is actually a player.
