Some detection fix !

• AntiPotion (if you had potion effect)
• Blink (When you was dead)
• Jesus (With WaterLily, and add new hacked client to the detected hack)
• Fix some setBack
• AntiKnockback (didn't work. Now, it work a little better)
• Fix the TAB for /negativity

Optimization:

• Deleted useless/duplicate code
• Better utilisation of Protocollib
• Change /tp to /server if you're using bungeecord

If you detect some false positive, report it to me, i will fix it.
I'm working on the ban system actually, i don't know when it will be available.
