Bug fixes
This update addresses the following issues:
- AsyncWorldEdit incompatibility introduced in 4.1.1
- Potion effect "flickering", requires ProtocolLib or Spigot 1.13
- NPCs now ignore all flags
- On 1.13 materials were shown as "not found" even tho they did exists
