Version 4.0 is now compatible with Spigot 1.14.

To avoid laggs in Minecraft 1.14 I recommend to preload the Halloween world with WorldBoarder!

Maybe the older Minecraft versions will be supported in version 4.0.0 in the coming weeks, but I can't promise that.
(Most changes in version 4.0.0 will refer to Minecraft 1.14 anyway)

In the coming weeks there will probably be a daily plugin update, with the " Unwatch" butten the notifications will be switched off.
