- Added the option to check other players welcome points by using "/welcomes points <player>"
- Changed all the commands to be in /welcomes which also displays the command list.
- Fixed a bug that allowed you to gain points for typing in chat when you joined.
- Fixed a bug where giving / setting / removing points would only work on your balance and not the target players.
