Changes:

Added nether support for 1.14 servers (If you had any issues with the nether in older versions that should also be fixed now).
Prepared the plugin for future Minecraft updates.

Bugs fixed:

Fixed bug where the world border would couse a error.
Fixed bug where players would get kicked off the game even when they had spectating after death permissions.
Fixed warning: 'Warning: A plugin is creating a recipe using a Deprecated method. This will cause you to receive warnings stating 'Tried to load unrecognized recipe: bukkit:<ID>'.'
