More features for a tiny plugin
This version features a complete rewrite of the plugin.

- The old permission is no longer required unless the "enable-permission-check" config option is enabled
- Permissions are now lowercase (though uppercase is still supported for backward compatibility)
- Bug of randomly loosing access to the hotkeys fixed
- Introduced a configuration file
- Added a hook for LuckPerms so that giving people the permission automatically updates their ability to access the hotkey
- Added a command to reload the configuration
- Added a command to forceupdate a specific player or all players
