1.13.1 - Fixed item tooltips for 1.20.5 - 1.21.8 and other bug fixes
Update is recommended for servers between 1.20.5 and 1.21.8.

This update fixes an issue with getting item tooltips for gift notifications for versions 1.20.5 to 1.21.8. Sending gifts should not throw errors anymore.

It also fixes vanish bypass permission not being checked when looking for viable gift target.
