Sound Improvement

Changes:

Improved - Added support for all sounds on these two sites.

This means you can now use both the pre 1.9 sound enums and the post 1.9. Not only the pre 1.9 which was the case before.
Improved - The Sound enumeration class will now instead of printing a large stacktrace, print a short message with the actual error if the sound is configured incorrectly.
Clean-Up - Cleaned up some redundant code.
