DiscordSRV addon that connects in-game staff chat to a discord channel.

Made the plugin compatible with DiscordSRV 1.18.1 (JDA 4).

Add PlaceholderAPI support for the in-game message format.
Add message events and a basic API interface for developers who would like to extend this plugin further.
Update config defaults (made the default message formats prettier).
