- New placeholder to return boost time %jobsr_user_boost_time_[jname/number]_[money/exp/points]% (MattDeWeerd)

- Now jobs boosts should persist over server restart (MattDeWeerd)
- Fix for an error in case you only have one active world
- Added new Scrape action for when you, well, scrape copper blocks, this only pays out when you scrape it and not when you remove wax from it, this is mainly to prevent wax on - wax off actions and being paid for
- Internal change for renaming Vax action into Wax, old name will keep working, but would still suggest to update it
- Small visual update for /jobs howmuch command output to be cleaner
- Added feedback message for recalculatepermissions command with some internal changes for better memory management.
- Fix for an issue with block ownership potentially failing to save information on defined intervals. Now it will perform full save on plugin/server shutdown
