Reworked browse GUI handling. Some config options got removed to simplify handling of it. By default GUI will scale up and will have a border around jobs, so default config's will result in 4 line GUI window with info button at the top right corner. New GUI will auto scale and if needed will add auto pagination in case you have more than custom 54 jobs (28 with border). Additionally new system avoids some recalculations when you change job pages, so this gives nice boost in performance in case you have quire few jobs. Additionally page you are in will be remembered so returning to GUI will reopen the one you left it at. Some fixes to maintain consistent GUI size across its different pages, you still have ability to define default size of it, but by default it will scale down to just fit in jobs you have defined.
New placeholder (%jobsr_user_jobs_clean%) to output clean players job list without jobs colors
Some fixes relating to JobsLevelUpEvent and sound handling, custom event itself went over some major cleanup to no longer use outdated and deprecated methods and approaches
