This plugin allows players with the right permission to mine spawners in other people's claimed land, this includes: neutral, enemies and allies land. Players can't mine spawners in warzone and safezone. Players can also mine spawners in the wilderness, like they could normally.

Permissions for every claimed land except warzone and safezone.

FactionSilk.Break.Ally - Allows players to mine spawners in allies land.
FactionSilk.Break.Neutral - Allows players to mine spawners in neutral's land.
FactionSilk.Break.Enemy - Allows players to mine spawners in enemies land.
FactionSilk.Break.Truce - Allows players to mine spawners in truces land.
FactionSilk.Break.Own - Allows players to mine spawners in their own land if they normally wouldn't have permission to.
FactionSilk.Break.* - Allows players to mine spawners in their own land, allies land, neutrals land, enemies land and truces land.

Add permissions for mining the spawners in Allies land, Neutral's land and Enemies land.
Add support with WorldGuard.
Add a config with some features that people can toggle, for example mining in allies land, neutral's land, enemies land and also some messages e.g. no permission messages.
Work with MassiveCraft Factions instead of just FactionsUUID.
Possibly make an API if wanted?

This plugin was completely made by me (Kii999/KiiTXE) and was inspired from SaicoPVP.
This was my first public plugin and I hope you enjoy it. Please PM me if there are any other features you would like that aren't on the to-do list.
This plugin depends on two other plugins to work, FactionsUUID and SilkSpawners (or another plugin that drops spawners when mined). Just remember that the players may need a permission for the spawners to drop (E.g. SilkSpawners Permission To Drop Spawners When Mined: silkspawners.silkdrop.*).
If using other versions to 1.8 this plugin may not currently work, and if spawners are not dropping that will most likely be due to you either not having another spawner plugin (e.g. SilkSpawners) or if you do then it may not be working.
