This update brings 1.19.4 support. Huge thanks to @Thatsmusic99 for doing the leg work on this update. Do not give any thanks to me give it to him. Now there is one caveat to this update ProtocolLib is now required I may look into a way to remove it later but it seems with 1.19.4 the old way of accessing the packets I need is not available and this may be the only way
