1.10 - 1.13 support, sounds improvement
Changelog :
- The 1.13.1 is now natively supported
- You can now choose sounds for each message, like for commands. (/text sound add/remove <id> [sound])
- A new option for messages with commands : console. If enabled, the command will be dispatched by the console.
