Add support for 1.21.6 - 1.21.10 + bugfixes and improvements

- [ ! ] Fixed a random issue of a 'Failed to notify CHANGED' error in the attachment tree
- [ ˄ ] Improved the train chest item so it uses the new mimic (item model) api to avoid ghost blocks
- [ ˄ ] Improved performance of the action sign tracking logic
- [ ˄ ] Improved saved train, so that vanilla Minecart Entity tags are persistent
