Pick up those pesky non-player shot arrows. Lightweight and fast.fixed the bukkit.yml version number as requested for 1.14.4
Fix missing plugin.yml version changes.
all the code is the same only thing been getting changed is the dependency against what CB versions(s). 3/4 way thru getting this plugin up to date with different versions I forgot to edit bukkit.yml along with the POM and dependency changes and 4 pushes in now...
will figure out a solution for the older versions recently updated...
