Hey guys,

This update adds better error verbosity and gives bugfixes for custom wiki installations.

+Added default values if config remains unset for whatever reason
+Added better error verbosity, sent to console for debugging
+If a wiki page is linked that doesnt exist, that link will now show up red

-Fixed IOError on certain custom mediawiki sites
-Fixed mediawikis without short_urls not being functional
-Fixed tables of contents not spanning multiple pages
-Fixed articles with spaces not being retrieved by API correctly

Known bugs are:

-If the first paragraph is bigger than the page, it wont be split
-If a paragraph is bigger than 2 pages, it split on the 3rd page

Im going to keep pushing through with fixes, with a couple features I have in mind being the priority after those.

A reminder that github issues are extremely helpful for issue reporting and tracking, as then I dont have to save issues I find myself in a .txt file on my desktop and can actually assign things like priority, severity, etc.
