Block for Party and Friends -----
Adds the command /friend block to block other usersAdded reload function, Fixed problems with redisbungee
- The plugin gets now reloaded when PAF gets reloaded (via /friend or /party executed in the console)
- Added support for extension config folder
- Fixed problems for people who are using redisbungee with Party and Friends
