Added support for Russian by changing the language file encoding to UTF-8.
To update the file, remove the one on your server and let the plugin regenerate a new one, it will use the new encoding.

Fixed the issue where machines would be lost upon restart, I had a hard time getting it to happen myself but I did get it fixed.
