This is the first update for the new version 1.13. (Not working with version < 1.13)

To get this version working:

- Rename material " REDSTONE_TORCH_ON" to " REDSTONE_TORCH" in settings.yml ("sellMaterialBorder")

- Delete entry " SIGN_POST" from list "shopMaterialCleanup" in settings.yml


Known bugs:

- Particle are not working.
