Fixed: Validation hashmap sizes, shouldn't affect much except plugin will use marginally less resources (even marginally is a stretch, it's basically an unnoticeable amount of resources)

No functional changes, just a sanity check for Spigot's changes to InventoryView. (We're not affected, yay!)
