Update 1.7.1

Most of you might have notice that the Spigot Team released the first DevBuilds for Minecraft 1.13, and I'm sorry to tell you that this will have a big impact on the ControllerBlockReloaded Plugin.

Long story short: I'll split this plugin into two versions, one for 1.7 - 1.12 (This version will only get Bug-Fixing updates) and one for 1.13+ (With new content updates) Servers.
Those two versions won't be compatible, witch means that saved ControllerBlocks can't be migrated to the newer version / or backwards.

Why: The new Block Data format is breaking the current ControllerBlocks-File-Format and updating it to the new 1.13er format is not possible in any efficient way ...

Bugfixes:

+ Fixed a problem with the commands on 1.8 servers.

Changed:

+ The Command-System.
