Changes in config and map files

With this amazing and useful ideas came SexyBacca99, thank you
- From config were removed commands on win. They were set into each map separately. => Each Parkour can have others rewards.
- In config you can allow/disallow broadcast about win.
- In config were added default command on win. This commands will be set into map file at creating of Parkour.
If you are updating from older version, commands in map file will be created automatically from list of command in your config.
