From this update you can set that server can be winner too. It has average tickets from all players. Amount of won money will be able to win with next draw.

• Added variable to enable it into config.yml
• Added new variables into langauge file. So you have to add it there. Or generate new language file. New lang. files you can find on my pastebin.com
