Update Notes
- Added a new, more natural, way to split enchants without using the command. Simply right-clicking an enchanting table with the enchanted book you want to split in your main hand (and having enough normal books in your inventory like usual) will allow the enchanted book to be split.
- This option is permission controlled (split.enchants.natural) and is given by default
- To match formatting, the command now uses "split.enchants.command"

- Fixed experience points not being adjusted by the exp cost of splitting enchanted books.
- Changed the "ErrorMessage" portion of config to just be "Message" and added a Success message. If you changed the previous options, you should be able to copy them to the newly generated section (sorry for the inconvenience).
