NoBlackSky [World Utils]

It allows the player to change the world type of any world.
So if you want that some world doesn't have black sky under y < 61
you can choose this for your server!

Default world (under the y < 61 the sky become black):

With NoBlackSky (under the y < 61 the sky is blue)

Download the plugin and place it in the /plugins folder of your spigot server.
Then restart your server and the plugin will run correctly.

Get a list of available commands using: /noblacksky (or /nbs)
Available commands and permissions are:

To give all permission use: nbs.*

Add to the blacklist: permission
  desc: Add a world in the blacklist
  usage: /nbs add <world name>
  permission: nbs.add

Remove to the blacklist:
  desc: Remove a world from the blacklist
  usage: /nbs add <world name>
  permission: nbs.remove
 
Show worlds in the blacklist:
  desc: Show blacklisted worlds
  usage: /nbs list
  permission: nbs.list

reload config:
  desc: Reload the config.yml
  usage: /nbs reload
  permission: nbs.reload
