You can now color bottles per amount level stored and give the bottles a specific name.

From 10 it will be colored yellow
From 30 it will be colored a blend of yellow and green
And 50 gives the bottles the color green

The config setting below will color all bottles the same

!WARNING!:

1. Changing the bottle name WILL make all exp bottles before the change break.
2. Chances are now percentages!
   luckyfill.chance: 25 = 25% chance
   drinkspill.chance: 12 = 12% chance
